Biography

Mohamed Ezzat Ahmed Shafiq Abou Aouf was an Egyptian actor and composer born on August 21, 1948. He made his film debut in 1992's "Ice Cream in Gleam" alongside Amr Diab, before going on to star in over 100 films. Abou Aouf also founded the rock band The Four M with his sisters, and later served as director of the Cairo International Film Festival for seven years, passing away on July 1, 2019.
