Biography
Sonia Darrin was a renowned American screen actress who made her mark in Hollywood films from 1941 to 1950. She is best known for her memorable role as Agnes Lowzier in the 1946 noir classic The Big Sleep, opposite Humphrey Bogart. Her early life took her from Texas and San Diego to Los Angeles, where she began dancing under Adolph Bolm before landing a small role at Warner Brothers.
