Thomas Drake
Biography
Thomas Andrews Drake is a decorated United States Air Force and Navy veteran who served as a senior executive at the National Security Agency (NSA). He became a whistleblower after being accused of mishandling documents in 2010, with defenders claiming he was persecuted for challenging the Trailblazer Project. Drake received the Ridenhour Prize for Truth-Telling in 2011, and his case led to all charges against him being dropped except for one misdemeanor count.
