Clairemarie Osta

Biography

Clairemarie Osta is a French ballet dancer born in Nice in 1970. She joined the Paris Opera Ballet in 1988 and became an étoile in 2002, after winning third prize at the Varna International Ballet Competition in 1994. After retiring from the Paris Opera Ballet in 2012, she held positions as director of choreographic studies at Conservatoire de Paris and head of ballet at Royal Swedish Ballet School, beginning in 2017.
