Aimi Satsukawa is a Japanese actress and idol born on August 20, 1988, in Shizuoka Prefecture. She was discovered by Horipro talent scout at age 14 and moved to Tokyo to pursue a career in the entertainment industry while still in high school. Her breakthrough role came in 2005 with "The Samurai I Loved," earning her a nomination for the 48th Blue Ribbon Award for Best Supporting Actress.
