Biography

Malvina Polo was a talented actress and concert pianist, known for her roles in "A Woman of Paris: A Drama of Fate" (1923) and "Foolish Wives" (1922). A daughter of actor Eddie Polo and actress Alice Finch, she transitioned from the screen to the stage. After marrying Jeronimo "Carlos" Quiroga, a choreographer and brother of Alex Romero, Polo devoted herself to supporting her husband's work, sewing costumes for his Ice Follies performances until her death in 2000.
