Howard T. Owens is the founder and Co-CEO of Propagate Content, a media executive with a background in law. Before launching his media career, Owens was an attorney in private practice in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and served as a staff clerk for the Office of the State's Attorney. He previously co-founded Outdoor Concepts, a privately held outdoor media company, which was later acquired by Titan Media/New York.
