Neil Affleck is a Canadian animator, director, and actor born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an actor, he appeared in the 1981 films Scanners and My Bloody Valentine, as well as the 1982 film Visiting Hours. He also won the Norman McLaren award for his animated film Hands while still a student. Affleck has directed various animated works, including episodes of Family Guy, Rocko's Modern Life, and Mike the Knight.
