Biography

Vincent van der Valk was born in Amsterdam in 1985 to a Dutch painter and an Icelandic dancer. He trained at Circle in the Square in New York and later graduated from the Toneelacademie Maastricht in 2010. A notable achievement came in 2020 when he received the Taalunie Toneelschrijfprijs for his outstanding contribution to Dutch theatre. His portrayal of Sjoerd in "Narcosis" (2022) and "Feast" (2021) have also garnered recognition.
