Arthur Agee

Biography

Arthur "Man" Agee Jr. was a talented Chicago-area high school basketball player whose life was chronicled in the acclaimed documentary Hoop Dreams. After being discovered by Earl Smith, Agee attended St. Joseph's High School, where he developed his skills and drew inspiration from childhood hero Isiah Thomas. A standout athlete, Agee went on to play college basketball for Arkansas State Red Wolves before pursuing a professional career with the Winnipeg Cyclone in the International Basketball Association.
