Kara Rainer, a native of Tyler, Texas, was raised in a family that fostered artistic expression through her father's opera career and her own early studies in classical piano and voice. As she pursued her creative passions, acting became her true calling. Her breakthrough roles include Sophie in "Chiquita," Sally Jones in "Porch Pirates," and Sandy Walters in "Grumpy Old Santa."
