Luo Haiqiong is a Chinese actress born on August 10, 1973. She began her career in dance at the Gansu Art School before enrolling at the Shanghai Theatre Academy in 1995, where she became a classmate of Lu Yi. Her breakthrough role came in 2001 with the TV series Love Story in Shanghai, solidifying her domestic fame.
