Marcia DeRousse was a talented actress and advocate for disabled representation in entertainment. Born in 1953 with dwarfism, she became a respected voice for greater inclusion behind the camera. Her notable film appearances include Tiptoes and The Disappointments Room, as well as roles on True Blood, St. Elsewhere, and The Fall Guy. A dedicated educator before her acting career, DeRousse passed away in 2023 at the age of 70.
