Ilja Prachař was a Czech actor and playwright born in Malenovice near Zlín on April 30, 1924. He began his acting career with the Army Art Ensemble of Vít Nejedlý and later performed at the S. K. Neumann Theater in Prague and the Vinohrady Theatre. Known for roles such as Trautenberk in Krkonošské pohádyky, Prachař won several awards, including the František Filipovský Award for lifetime mastery in dubbing.
