Allen Reynolds is a country music specialist born on August 18, 1938, in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He began writing songs during college and collaborated with Dickey Lee before landing a regional hit with "Dream Boy." Reynolds also co-wrote the 1965 pop hit "Five O'Clock World" for The Vogues, establishing himself as a talented songwriter.
