Umar Khan was born on June 7, 1982, in Lahore, Pakistan's largest city. His father, a high-ranking government employee, fled to Sweden with his family due to the military dictatorship, seeking a peaceful and democratic environment for their children. As a young child, Umar showed a passion for physical activities like football, tennis, and squash, while also exhibiting theatrical tendencies through monologues and amateur performances.
