Biography

Anni-Frid Lyngstad is a Norwegian-born Swedish pop and jazz singer, best known as one of the founding members and lead singers of ABBA. Born in Norway to a Norwegian mother and German father, she grew up in Sweden and rose to international fame with the band, which has sold over 400 million records worldwide. After ABBA's breakup, Lyngstad continued an international solo singing career, before recording her final album in 1997.
