Brendan Schaub is an American podcast host, former professional mixed martial artist, and stand-up comedian born on March 18, 1983. He hosted The Fighter and the Kid podcast and co-hosted Golden Hour with Chris D'Elia and Erik Griffin after competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship from 2009 to 2014. Schaub has performed stand-up comedy since 2015, releasing two debut comedy specials, You'd Be Surprised (2019) and The Gringo Papi (2022).
