Marta May, born María Jesús Mayor Ávila in 1939, is a Spanish actress known for her distinctive voice and versatility on screen. Her notable roles include the mother of Lulù in "The Ages of Lulu" (1990) and Elena in "The Texican" (1966), earning her recognition in Spain. A veteran of the Spanish film industry, May has also made a mark beyond acting with her work as an artist, creating paintings about influential women and jazz musicians.
