Biography

Teo Yoo is a South Korean actor born Kim Tschi-Hun on April 11, 1981, in Cologne, Germany, to South Korean parents. He studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Yoo won the Blue Dragon Film Award for Best New Actor in 2021 and was nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his role in the 2023 film Past Lives.
