Petey Pablo, born Moses Barrett III on July 22, 1973, is an American rapper from Greenville, North Carolina. His breakthrough came with the 2003 single "Freek-a-Leek," which peaked at number seven on the Billboard Hot 100 and received platinum certification. He also released the tribute single "Raise Up" in 2001, and his debut album "Diary of a Sinner: 1st Entry" was nominated for Best Rap Album at the 45th Annual Grammy Awards.
