András Monory Mész is a Hungarian film director and operator born on February 6, 1954, in Budapest. He graduated from the Színház- és Filmművészeti Főiskola's operatőr-rendező department before working as an operator and journalist in France. A notable highlight of his career is his work behind the camera, including films like "Vadkerti történet" (1978) and "Emlékek egy városról" (1985). He also served as a film editor at Magyar Televízió from 1997 to 2000.
