Charles D. Brown

Biography

Charles D. Brown was a prolific American actor and filmmaker whose career spanned over three decades on stage and screen. A veteran of more than 100 films, he also directed one short film in 1914. Notable roles include Packy Robinson in "The Killers" and Inspector Stevens in "I Wouldn't Be in Your Shoes". Brown's life ended at 61, dying in Hollywood in 1948.
