Biography

As a sixth-generation oyster farmer from Arcachon Bay, Joël Dupuch has built a reputation as "the most famous oyster farmer" in France. In addition to his eponymous restaurant in Bordeaux, specializing in seafood delicacies, he has also pursued a career in acting and writing.
