Biography
Paul Getty Jr.'s career and life were marked by tragedy. As a young man, he was kidnapped by the 'Ndrangheta in 1973, held for ransom, and suffered a devastating overdose and stroke at 25, leaving him severely disabled. Despite his hardships, he maintained a presence in films, notably as Dennis in "Der Stand der Dinge" (1982). His life ultimately ended in silence, cut short by a stroke in 2011 at the age of 54.
