Biography

Rita Taggart is an American film and television actress known for her roles in notable productions such as "Night Court" where she played Carla Bouvier. She has also appeared in films like "The China Syndrome" (1979) and the made-for-TV movie "James Dean" (1976). A devoted wife to cinematographer Haskell Wexler, she was his third spouse until his passing in 2015 at age 93.
