Fred Cavens

Biography

Frédéric Adolphe Cavens was a Belgian-born fencing master who emigrated to Hollywood, where he worked as an actor, stuntman, and fencing instructor. He trained notable actors, including Jean Peters and Guy Williams, in the art of fencing. Cavens' expertise in swordplay was sought after in numerous films, including "The Three Must-Get-Theres," "The Three Musketeers," and "Romeo and Juliet."
