Masaomi Kondō is a renowned Japanese actor born on February 15, 1942, in Kyoto. He made his film debut in Shohei Imamura's "The Pornographers" in 1966 and has since appeared in notable roles such as Shiro Nishi in the 2022 animated film "Whisper of the Heart". Kondō also starred in the 2015 comedy-drama "Ryuzo and the Seven Henchmen", solidifying his place in Japanese cinema.
