Biography

Bogusław Kierc is a Polish poet, literary critic, actor, and director, born on January 22, 1943, in Bielsk. He made his debut as a poet in 1961 and went on to act in notable films like Andrzej Wajda's "Popioły" (1965) and stage productions, including works by Shakespeare and Przybosiusz. He has also directed plays at the Teatr Banialuka in Bielsk-Biała and taught at the Państwowa Wyższa Szkola Teatralna.
