Alexander Korshunov

Biography

Alexander Korshunov is a Russian actor, theater director, and educator, born in Moscow in 1954. A graduate of the Moscow State Academy of Theatre Arts, he began his career at the Moscow New Drama Theatre and later joined the Moscow Stage "Sphere" in 1981. Korshunov has also worked at the State Academic Small Theatre of Russia, where he has performed and directed since 1984. He was appointed professor at the M. S. Shchepkin Higher Theatre School in 2002.
