Biography

Mariestella "Maris" Cañedo Racal is a Filipino actress and singer born on September 22, 1997, in Tagum, Davao del Norte. She rose to prominence after finishing as the runner-up in Pinoy Big Brother: All In and went on to secure a role in the ABS-CBN romantic drama series Can't Buy Me Love. Racal also made headlines for her part in social comedy series "Sosyal Climbers" (2025), alongside Jessa Baluarte, playing the character Penelope Regalado.
