Scott William Winters

Biography

Scott William Winters is an American actor born on August 5, 1965. He graduated from Northwestern University and is best known for playing Cyril O'Reily in the HBO drama Oz alongside his brother Dean. Winters also appeared in notable roles in Good Will Hunting, where he played Clark, a rival to Matt Damon's character, and had recurring appearances on TV series NYPD Blue and The Americans.
