Biography

Brian Vernel is a Scottish actor known for his roles in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015) as Bala-Tik, where he spoke in a Glaswegian accent, and Billy Wallace in the British gangster series Gangs of London (2020-). He also played Odda the Younger in The Last Kingdom (2015) and appeared in Christopher Nolan's 'The Odyssey'. Vernel trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
