Kendrick Sampson is an American actor and activist born on March 8, 1988, in Houston, Texas. He began performing at age 10 after seeing a Gap commercial and attended the Kim Terry Studio to hone his craft. Sampson gained recognition for recurring roles on The Vampire Diaries and Gracepoint, before becoming a series regular on HBO's Insecure, cementing his status as a talented actor.
