Biography

Suna Selen is a Turkish actress born in 1939 in Istanbul to a family with academic and artistic ties. She began her career in the theatre season of 1959-60, initially studying law before leaving to pursue painting at the Istanbul Academy of Fine Arts. Her breakthrough role came as Nicole Cerusier in Alber Husson's comedy The Pavements in the Sky, followed by notable performances in films such as Gönderilmemiş Mektuplar and Yüreginde Yare Var.
