Biography

Gaspar Noé is a filmmaker and screenwriter born on December 27, 1963, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to a prominent Argentine artist father and an Irish descent social worker mother. He graduated from Louis Lumière National College and has spent most of his life living and working in France, where he directs films known for their graphic nature and exploration of themes such as sex, drugs, and violence.
