Biography

Horia Căciulescu was a Romanian actor of comedy born in 1922 in Belinț, Timiș County. He gained recognition for his role in the 1964 film "Steps to the Moon". A devoted member of the Communist Party and a decorated artist, he received the Order of Merit Cultural Class V in 1968 for his outstanding achievements in music. His life was cut short during the 1989 Revolution.
