Biography

Peter Bonerz is an American actor and director born on August 6, 1938, in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He gained early theatrical experience with the Prep Players at Marquette University High School and later participated in the university's Players group. His notable career highlights include playing Dr. Jerry Robinson on The Bob Newhart Show, starring alongside River Phoenix in Circle of Violence (1986), and directing numerous sitcom episodes for popular series like Friends and Murphy Brown.
