Biography

Ikranagara was a renowned Indonesian actor, painter, and writer known for his versatility in both comedic and dramatic roles. Notable highlights of his career include collaborations with Ully Artha in the romantic comedy-drama Kejarlah Daku... Kau Kutangkap (1986) and its sequel Keluarga Markum (1986). He received two Citra Award nominations, including Best Supporting Actor for Kejarlah Daku... Kau Kutangkap. His work also includes the biographical film Sang Kiai (2013), in which he portrayed Nahdlatul Ulama founder Hasyim Asy'ari.
