Kevin Phillips is a versatile actor and writer known for his leading role in Suna Gonera's Pride (2007), alongside notable roles in Sinners and Saints (2010) and Blood and Bone (2009). He also starred in the George Lucas-produced 2012 film Red Tails, which tells the story of the Tuskegee Airmen. Growing up in Moncks Corner, South Carolina and Brooklyn, Phillips pursued an acting career after leaving his basketball scholarship to attend SUNY-Cobleskill.
