Cindy Baer is an American actress and filmmaker known for her work in independent cinema. As a director and producer, she helmed the groundbreaking film Purgatory House, a micro-budget feature written by 14-year-old Celeste Davis. Baer has also produced Odd Brodsky and frequently appears on filmmaking panels discussing low-budget filmmaking. She is the founder of Free Dream Pictures in Burbank, California.
