Rich Froning Jr

Biography

Rich Froning Jr is a professional CrossFit athlete born on July 21, 1987. He achieved unparalleled success in the CrossFit Games, winning the title of "Fittest Man on Earth" four times between 2011 and 2014. After retiring from individual competitions, Froning led a team to multiple first-place finishes in the Team category, including six consecutive victories from 2015 to 2022. He is also a gym owner and CrossFit instructor.
