Anuk Steffen is a Swiss child actress known for her breakout role as Heidi in the 2015 film adaptation of the classic novel. Born on December 19, 2004, in Chur, Switzerland, Steffen was selected from over 500 Graubunden children to play the lead role alongside Bruno Ganz and Quirin Agrippi. The film earned the 2016 Deutscher Filmpreis award for Best Children's Film.
