Nataliia Sumska

Biography

Natalia Sumska is a Ukrainian theater and film actress, born on April 22, 1956, in the village of Katyuzhanka, Kyiv Oblast. She began her acting career at 6, performing in a Maria Zankovetska Theatre rehearsal, and later graduated from the Kyiv National I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University in 1977. Sumska is a recipient of the People's Artist of Ukraine title and the Shevchenko National Prize, with notable awards including the "Kyiv pectoral" in 2000 for her role in Chekhov's Three Sisters.
