Simon Manyonda is a British actor born in 1986 in Lambeth, London, to a GP father and a gynaecologist mother. He is of South African and Zimbabwean descent, and is the eldest of three siblings. Manyonda earned a commendation from the Ian Charleson Award for his portrayal of Lucius in Julius Caesar at the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2012, marking one of his notable early career highlights.
