Biography

Robert Lustig is a pediatric endocrinologist and Professor of Pediatrics at UCSF, where he specializes in neuroendocrinology and childhood obesity. He is director of the WATCH program and president of the Institute for Responsible Nutrition, and has written extensively on the topic of sugar and nutrition. His 2009 lecture "Sugar: The Bitter Truth" went viral on YouTube, and he has authored several books, including "Fat Chance".
