Biography

Pat Benatar is a four-time Grammy Award-winning American rock singer and songwriter, known for her breakthrough album In the Heat of the Night (1979), which reached No. 3 on the Canadian album chart, and her hit single "Hit Me with Your Best Shot", certified platinum in both the US and Canada. Her most successful work is her second album Crimes of Passion (1980), which peaked at No. 2 in North America and France.
