Robin Hughes Harris Sr. was an American comedian and actor born in Chicago on August 30, 1953, who rose to fame with his recurring comic sketch "Bé-bé's Kids". His notable film appearances include Butterbean Jones in Mo' Better Blues (1990) and a memorable role in House Party (1990). Harris was posthumously nominated for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male.
