Ülle Ulla

Biography

Ulle-Valve-Oktavie Ulla was a renowned Estonian ballet dancer, opera and operetta singer, actress and dance pedagogue. She graduated from the Estonian State Choreographical School in 1953 and performed as a ballet soloist at Estonia Theatre from 1953 to 1966 and again from 1970 to 1973. A celebrated film and stage performer, Ulla was also a devoted wife and mother, marrying three times to dancers, actors, and conductor Eri Klas. She passed away in 2016 at the age of 81.
