John Colicos was a celebrated Canadian actor known for his Shakespearean stage work and authoritative presence in science fiction. He began his career with the Canadian Art Theatre and the Old Vic, where he became the youngest King Lear at just 22 years old. Notable roles included Commander Kor in Star Trek's Original Series and Count Baltar in Battlestar Galactica.
